Conclusion
June holidays are so fun!
I've enjoyed alot and also did alot of homework.
I had dance, outings with my cousins,
basketball with my friends,
chalet and alot more!
I've had a fruitful holiday.
But time flies,
holidays are coming to an end.
I think that I could have spend my time more wisely
rather than having fun and
enoying myself all the time.
But I'll make sure that I will plan my time wisely
for the next long holidays.
For my second semester,
my resolutions are...
* to work hard and
score well for my coming common tests and exams *
* to dance well and
prepare for performance *

A Tale From My Neighbourhood
About three years ago,
i remembered an incident that happened to my neighbour:
It was late in the midnight
and my neighbour was woke up by some noises coming out from the corridor.
Out of curiosity,
she went out of her house to check.
When she stepped out of her house,
she saw no one.
But she found that one of her sport shoe has gone missing.
The sport shoe cost over hundred dollars and it's branded.
She went around the neighbourhood
to search for her sport shoe.
However, the sport shoe was never found.
She told us that someone must have stolen it,
but this incident never happen again.
But now, three years later, history happens again.
This time, out of 6 of my neighbours,
4 of them have their shoes and slippers lost.
This is so freaky,
because it only happens late at night.
One of my neighbour even said that it could be "dirty things" trying to have some fun by stealing their shoes.
Although my family is not one of the "victim",
but we still keep a look out for our neighbours.
My father once tried to hide behind my curtains
to see if there are any suspicious people
loittering around our corridor.
But he did not catch anyone.
Till now, this theif has yet to be caught......

A Food Review
Many people have tried this local chinese cuisine call Chee Cheong Fan.
But this chinese cuisine that is sold in Singapore,
always look like that......

But wait! Why not take a look at this......
*Malaysia's Chee Cheong Fan*
Alright, before I continue, let me explain what exactly is Chee Cheong Fan.
Chee cheong fun is square rice sheets
made from a viscous mixture of rice flour and water.
This liquid is poured onto a specially-made flat pan
in which it is steamed to produce the square rice sheets.
After it has been steamed, the Chee Cheong Fan will be immersed in gravy/sauce
and then it can serve.
Ok, although there's also chee cheong fan sold in Singapore,
but I think that most of the people in Singapore
have not tried the Malaysia version of it before.
If you were to ask me which "version" of chee cheong fan I prefer,
I'll definitely go for the Malaysia version.
It's not because I'm from Malaysia,
so I support my country.
Well, let me share with you why I like this cuisine so much and
how delicious this Malaysia's chee cheong fan can be.
Firstly,
have you ever tried a plate of chee cheong fan
whereby it's rice sheets are so smooth and tender?
Those that were sold in Singapore are not as smooth and tender as
those sold in Malaysia.
Secondly,
in the Malaysia style of cooking,
there are more ingredients and gravy.
Therefore, you will enjoy eating your Chee cheong Fan and can't help asking for a second serving.
Now, I would like to tell you
the ingredients that are found in this famous cuisine.
Ingredients:
*the smooth and tender rice sheets
*fried onion
*sesame seeds
*preserved green chilli [optional]
Choice of sauce/gravy:
*sweet sauce
*curry gravy
*mushroom and minced meat gravy
Lastly,
if you are going to Teluk Intan,
don't forget to try the Chee Cheong Fan there!

An Interesting Place
As you can see, this is a photo of the Red House, located at Pasir Ris.
Firstly, this is not a just a normal house.
This is a haunted house.
If you go to the internet and check,
you'll know that Red House is one of the top 10 most haunted places
that can be found in Singapore.
I went to the Red house before, but i did not go inside.
Because when I was there, it's around 3 to 4am,
which was said to be the "peak hours" of the spirits.
Another reason is because the gate was locked,
therefore, if I want to go in, I'll have to climb,
which I didn't want to.
The gate is locked.

A Movie Review
High School Musical

Corbin Bleu as Chad Danforth,

INTRODUCTION
High School Musical is a movie about a beautiful and brainy girl, Gabriella,
and a handsome and sporty boy, Troy.
On a New Year's Eve Party,
they were chosen to sing during a karaoke contest.

This is the first time they met and they were interested in each other.
After the vacation is over,
Troy found out that Gabriella has transferred to his school
and what's more?
They were in the same class!
Later, they found out that their school is holding a musical audition and
both of them were interested in it.
Therefore they auditioned it but in the last minute.
With their angelic voices,
they got in!
So there were a call back and
Sharpay and Ryan,
the only pair which made it for the audition,
were very furious about it.
They tried to make Gabriella's Science Competition
and Troy's basketball match on the same day as the call back,
so that both of them won't be able to attend.

Troy and Gabriella's best friend,
Chad and Taylor,
has also tried to stop them from attending the call back!
So......
did they sing in the end?

COMMENTS and CONCLUSION
I love this movie because
the story line is interesting,
the characters caught my attention and
their songs were incredibly nice!
Me and my sister have watched it FIVE times!
I'll give this movie a rating of five stars!!!

This is a song sang by Coco Lee, and it was in the album "Just No Other Way".
Coco is born in Hong Kong
but was raised in San Francisco.
In 1995,
CoCo released her first album.
She's very popular as her singing was angel-like
and what's more?
She can dance!
COMMENTS
This song is very encouraging
as the lyrics is about telling your friend that no matter what,
you will always be his/her friend.
I like this part of the lyrics most:

All along when you feel the pain

You can always depend on me

Imagine her beautiful voice singing this song to you,
telling you that she will always be your friend,

Finally, I would give this song a rating of 4 out of 5 stars.
I highly reccommend you to listen to this song,
especially when you feel left out or lonely.

A Moment In June
LOOK AT THIS!
This is a photo of the Dancers from Bedok View Modern Dance Club.
We were dancing our SYF piece,
"Unleashed",
during the Enchanting Moments[Graduation Concert] held at Temasek Junior College.
This is a very special and memorable day to me
as all the dancers did extremely well on that day.
All of us agree that
it was even better than what we did on our competition day.
Although it was a very tiring seven minutes dance piece,
but I really enjoyed it and
I managed to maintain a smile for every movement i did.
After the whole event, all of us were in cloud nine.
we can't stop smiling and laughing... :)

My Life So Far
From January to June.
It has been six months.
In this six months,
my life was filled with happiness, angryness and sadness;
the different kind of emotions due to differrent events that happened in my life...
I've danced on the first day of school and
we were laughed by our friends;
I've trained very hard for my dance competition;
The first time I received flowers from my friends;
The first time I broke down in school;
I've joined the school's Sport's Day and Cheerleading, and
i had enjoyed myself;
I've had my SYF competition and
we got Silver;
The first time i'm so crazy when i'm with my friends,
during the BV Bazzar.. Etc.
There were so many other events that made my life so much colourful. :))
As I start my secondary 2 life,
I've learn to make more friends.
I'm glad that as I grow older,
more people come into my life and they're willing to listen to me,
encourage me and guide me through my life.
During this past six months,
I feel so warm and loved when i'm at home.
Because my dad and mom were very undersanding towards me and my sister.
Also, the relationship between us is now one step nearer.
Studies wise,
I think that my results have dropped quite a lot.
Therefore, for the coming semester,
I'll work hard in order to achieve my ideal results.
Currently, I don't have any wish or hope for my future,
as I think that the most important thing for us now,
is to study and just enjoy life.
